Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your AirSink.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@airsink.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company first.

  • Then contact us — we’re happy to help track it down.
