We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Times

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking number doesn’t update or you have questions, contact us at support@airsink.co.uk and we’ll help right away.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we may ask you to cover reshipping costs.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the courier first — then reach out to us for further assistance.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

7. Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
